Stanley CDM Libya, LLC (SCDM), established in Libya in 2008, provides engineering and construction phase services throughout the Great Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.  SCDM, a U.S. company, is jointly owned by Stanley Consultants, Inc. and Camp Dresser & McKee (CDM), two American companies with a combined global working experience of more than 80 years. Since its founding, SCDM has been successfully providing engineering and construction supervision services in Libya.
